SERFA promoted at Erasmus project event

SERFA tools presented at Apprenticeship event in Nottingham, UK

The final event of the ERASMUS+ project "Increasing SME engagement in Apprenticeship" was held on the 27th of June in Goosedale, England and focused on the benefits  Apprenticeships bring to Small and Medium Sized enterprises and the challenges SMEs face when trying to engage in such schemes. The event provided the occasion to share the experience of Employers and Apprentices and hear about innovative solutions to foster business engagement.

In this context the SERFA project was invited to present the Employer Pathway to Apprenticeships and the practical resources developed to support SMEs. SMEs showed a great interest in the SERFA products, especially in the tools focusing on marketing and recruitment as well as the resouces for the induction phase.
